How do I change my Practitioner personal details?

Learn how to change the personal details in your Practitioner Profile that are displayed to your Participants

This article explains how to change your Practitioner personal details in your account.

Some personal details, such as your name and company name, can't be edited in your account because they are linked to our business agreement. If you need to change these details, please contact us.

Your Business Address, Email Address and Primary Contact Number appear on the back of portraits and will be visible to your Participants.

  1. Go to your Practitioner Profile dashboard (for full instructions, click here).
  2. Under Your Account select Edit Details.

  3. On this screen you can change your Business Address and your Contact Information.
