How do I resume an uncompleted transaction?

Use the Transactions list on the Lumina Payment System to find and resume your uncompleted transactions.

Navigate to the Payment System

Please log in and navigate to the Lumina Payment System.

Go to the Orders page

On the left-hand menu, press Orders. Then click the Transactions tab, followed by the Unpaid.

Resume or Delete a Transaction

In order to complete your incomplete transaction, click Pay. Then follow our guide on buying points to complete the transaction.

In order to delete the incomplete transaction, click Delete.
