How do I view or download my Portrait?

Learn how to view or download your Portrait in your Lumina Account

This article explains how to download your personal Portraits based on the tasks or questionnaires that you have completed.

If you are a Lumina Learning Practitioner, you can download your Participants' Portraits by following these steps.

Visit the Portrait Downloads page here. If you are not already signed into your Lumina Account, you will be asked to sign in.
Locate your Portrait and select the View or Download button.

If your Portrait is visible but not available to view, you will see the message:

You are seeing this message because your Lumina Learning Practitioner decides whether you are able to view your Portrait in your account. If you would like to access your Portrait, please contact your Practitioner using the contact details provided.
