How do I merge my profiles with my account?
How to merge profiles with my account
You may have legacy accounts in the Lumina Learning platform that you wish to access. For example, if you completed a questionnaire some years ago, you have a legacy Participant Account. You can merge this with your Lumina Account to create a new Participant Profile.
Once merged, the profile’s features will be available as separate 'Lumina Services' within your Lumina portal.
1. From the portal, select Account Security in the side menu
2. Select Merge Profile
3. Enter your Current Password for your Lumina Account (this will remain unchanged).
4. Enter the email address & password of your legacy account.
5. Select: Merge Lumina Profile.
