How do I delete a participant from a project?

To request deletion of a participant from a project, please send an email to privacy@luminalearning.com from your registered account email address (the email address you use to sign into your Lumina Account). To protect your data, we can only accept requests submitted from your registered account email address.

In your email, please specify the information below. If you want to delete multiple participants, you may wish to provide this information in a spreadsheet:

  • Participant email address
  • Project name

To locate this information in your account, you can use Participant Search. Participant Search allows you to export search results in a spreadsheet format.
