How do I delete a participant from a project?

To request deletion of a participant from a project, please send an email to privacy@luminalearning.com from your registered account email address (the email address you use to sign into your Lumina Account). To protect your data, we can only accept requests submitted from your registered account email address.

In your email, please specify the information below. To delete multiple participants, please provide this information in a spreadsheet:

  • Participant email address
  • Project name

To locate this information in your account, you can use Participant Search, or the Export feature in each project's Self-Assessors tab. Each export provides details in spreadsheet format.
