How do I delete my account?
Learn about how to request deletion of your account
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to privacy@luminalearning.com from your registered account email address (the email address you use to sign into your Lumina Account). To protect your data, we can only accept requests submitted from your registered account email address.
If you have used your account to share data with a Lumina Learning Practitioner (a third party business user of the Lumina Learning platform), this data will not automatically be deleted at the same time as your account. This is because the Practitioner controls the data they hold and must authorise its deletion. When you contact us to request deletion of your account, we will let you know if you have shared data with Practitioners and who those Practitioners are. If you wish to discuss the data held by a Practitioner, please contact the Practitioner directly.
