How do I delete my account?
Learn about how to request deletion of your account
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to privacy@luminalearning.com from your registered account email address (the email address you use to sign into your Lumina Account). To protect your data, we can only accept requests submitted from your registered account email address.
If you have used your account to share data with a Lumina Learning Practitioner (a third party business user of the Lumina Learning platform), this data will not be deleted with your account. To request deletion of this data, please contact the Practitioner directly. To see which Practitioners you have interacted with and their contact details, sign into your account, go to the Tasks to Complete page, and press the magnifying glass icon on each task to see full task details.
