‘Valuing Diversity’ to ‘Valuing Different Ways of Being’

 

Why we are making these changes

Our belief is that all people and their authentic ways of being are inherently valid and equally valuable. Our goal has always been to help people gain greater knowledge of themselves and the people around them, which leads to positive change at the personal, team and organisational levels, and beyond. 

To achieve our goals, we have created a universal language in our products that allows people to talk about themselves and their behavioural preferences in a validating and empowered way, without labelling any traits or qualities negatively. 

Our decision to change ‘Valuing diversity’ to ‘Valuing different ways of being’ is to further emphasise and clarify the intention behind the words to value all people and their inherent qualities equally.
