Learn how to add a project logo and project-specific company logo, personal photo and signature. This feature can be used to add a client's logo that will be displayed in your Portraits.
This article explains how to add project-specific images: project logo, company logo, personal photo and signature. These images will replace your account-wide Practitioner image settings for any Portraits generated in the project. To update Practitioner image settings, please follow these steps.
These settings are useful if you want to add your client's logo to the Portraits generated in the project. (Please check which Portraits support images in the list below).
How to add a project logo (add a client logo)
You can choose to add a project logo to the portrait, either on its own, or in addition to your company logo. The Project Logo could be the logo of the organisation that you are working with or a specific logo for an event.
Unlike the company logo, which will appear in all portraits across all projects when regenerated, project logos are enabled in specific projects. This means that the project logo will appear only on the portraits contained in those specific projects.
Step 1 To add a project logo, go to the relevant project in which you wish to enable this function.
Step 2 In your project click the Customisations tab. You will see the images from your Media Gallery (see page 3 for instructions on how to upload images into the Media Gallery). Click on the image you want and it will appear under Project Logo.
Step 3 Regenerate
The changes will be present on all portraits you download in that project in the future.
To activate the changes in existing Portraits in that Project you will need to Regenerate the Portrait(s) before downloading again.
